The San Lorenzo Unified School District will present its Third Annual State of the District Program on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at the Cherryland Community Center, 278 Hampton Road in Hayward.
The event will begin at 4:30 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres accompanied by student musicians from Arroyo High School. The presentation will start at 5 p.m. and continue until 6:30 p.m.
This yearly program is intended to highlight the district's progress on key initiatives related to student learning, social-emotional wellness, anti-racism and work to recruit and retain an outstanding and highly diverse group of teachers, staff and adminstrators.
